Onno leads the Biodiversity Finance Initiative, overseeing the implementation of a new methodology for financial assessments and planning for biodiversity at a national level. BIOFIN is currently implemented in 30 countries. He is a co-author of the 2014 and 2016 BIOFIN Workbook. See www.biodiversityfinance.net for further information.
He previously worked on environmental finance in Mongolia related to air pollution, mining and protected areas.
