Leendert Bikker is an entrepreneur and developer by nature. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's ‘courage is the virtue of the spirit and decision the virtue of the will’, he has the ability to turn issues into opportunities and translates any crisis or conflict into chances.

He combines his entrepreneurial aspirations with his drive to make the world a better place. As founder and chairman of the award-winning monastery of business spirituality but also as the initiated chairman of the foundation capturing the largest wilderness of North West Europe, recently recognized by the UN as one the world heritage areas.

During the early years of this century he chaired Europe’s 500, the association of fast growing companies where he was listed twice. Leendert dares to be different, knows how to blend the street and the C-suite and is an expert transforming social and environmental trends into business opportunities.
