Since its release in July 2016, the response to the Natural Capital Protocol has been overwhelmingly positive with over 30,000 copies now in circulation. The Protocol is a decision-making framework, developed collaboratively, that helps organisations identify, measure and value their direct and indirect impact and dependencies on natural capital. It helps them make better decisions!
In this session, representatives from businesses who have applied the Protocol will give short presentations on what they have achieved, the challenges in doing this, and what they intend to do next.
This will be followed by a facilitated discussion with the audience and the further exploration of the examples to identify similarities, trends and opportunities in the application of the Protocol.
