Rashila is a sustainability analyst at RobecoSAM and is responsible for covering the materials sectors. This includes aluminum, steel, construction materials, paper & forest products, containers & packaging, and chemicals. Prior to joining RobecoSAM, Rashila worked at Holcim in the sustainable development function, most recently as a sustainable development project manager, where she developed the company’s social and environmental profit and loss methodology and its biodiversity strategy. She also has experience in environmental management programmes in the automobile sector and water management in the public sector.

Rashila holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA.
